The Turbulence
Training system turned everything I thought I knew about
exercising for fat loss on its head. As soon as I tried it, I
knew I was going to end up writing a Turbulence Training
Review.

Let’s go back
a step: for a long time I thought I knew how to put myself
though a good, fat burning workout. It was usually 30 minutes
on a stationary bike followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill. I
was tired by the end, but I was also really, really bored.

waistline. Despite the effort I was putting in, I wasn’t
