How to Lose Belly Fat

Most of us would just love to know how to lose belly fat!

We sometimes call it love handles or the spare tire or my pot belly. There are so many different ways we refer to the excess fat we carry around our tummy area and although sometimes they may be comical words or words of endearment at the end of the day most of us would just love to know how to lose belly fat and fast.
