Exercising must be appropriate to your body. Some are able to do rigorous exercises whereas others will have to start slow. Determine which you are. If you already exercise, then ramp it up a bit at a time. If you don’t, then start with walking – this is a great form of exercise. Remember, muscles burn more calories than fats, so it’s best to put on muscle and it helps you to look good too. 

 

Next have a good eating plan that can simply be incorporated into your life.   Eating more fibers will help make you feel fuller and will stay in the stomach longer which slows down the rate of digestion.   One slice of whole grain bread will move fat faster through the digestive system.   The grains turn into sugar that helps the insulin level giving the body more energy. 

 

Stay well away from fried foods especially deep fried. Reduce the amount of meat and increase the vegetables intake.   Even try having meals with lentils or pulses once or twice a week. 

 

Drink plenty of water.   Not only does this keep you hydrated but it will help to eliminate body wastes and toxins.   It also helps to keep the body refreshed.
